Charles Burke age 74, New Berlin, IL, passed away on April 29, 2017 at Symphony of Decatur. He was born on Aug. 13, 1942, the son of Bernard and Mary Bible Burke

 He worked as a coal miner at Crown II before retiring. He was a member of the UMWA.

A daughter Karen Zamboni of Henderson, NV, and son, Kevin (Irina) Burke of Dunbarton, New Hampshire, survives him. Also surviving are his grandchildren Pavel, Katrina, and Nicholas. Besides his parents a brother and a sister preceded him in death.

Memorials in Charles’s name can be left to St. Martins Cemetery

Fr. Bunse will officiate the Funeral services, which will be held on Saturday May 6 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Visitation will be held 1 hr prior to the time of service. Burial will be held at St. Martins Cemetery.
