Camellia “Cam” L. Phipps 73 of Litchfield formerly of Panama City FL, passed away Aug 23 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.

She was born on Feb. 8, 1944 in Atwood IL to Ray Donald and Helen Juanita (Biggs) Waugh.

She was a bartender at the AMVETS in Litchfield and a caregiver. She was a Life member of the Litchfield VFW ladies AUX and a member of the AMVETS and Eagles in Litchfield.

 

She is survived by her children Louise Dyke of Madison WI, April Severtson of Lake Ka-Ho in Mt. Olive, Debra Keith of Litchfield, Michael (Judith) Phipps of Litchfield, Steven Phipps of Tuscola IL, Rockie (Leta) Phipps of Indianapolis IN., 11 grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren, 2 brothers Donald Waugh of Litchfield and David (Donna) Waugh of Litchfield one sister Sharon Bowen of Panama City Beach Fl.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter Kayla Chesney, 2 grandsons Jacob Severtson and Kai Mahoe, one brother Richard Waugh and 2 sisters Rose Ann White and Juanita Green.

 

A funeral service will be Saturday Aug. 26, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Richard Small officiating. A visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 until service time.

Burial will be at a later date
