Christopher “Chris” Loskot 40 of Edwardsville formerly of Hillsboro passed away Aug. 4, 2017 at his residence.

He was born in Woodriver IL on Sept. 17, 1976 to Frank (Terry) Loskot and Debra Phillips, and they survive.

He was a 1995 graduate of Hillsboro High School. He worked at the Amazon warehouse in Edwardsville and had been a truck driver and policeman in Donnellson. He had been with the Hillsboro Auxiliary police and enjoyed hunting, fishing.

He is survived by 2 children Mykenzie Loskot and her mother Tricia Aber of Hillsboro and Christopher Ray Thomas Loskot Jr and his mother Sara Eyster of Edwardsville, two brothers Dennis (Kristina) Loskot and Leonard Scott (Megan) Earnest and one sister Theresa (Geoff) Reeves all of Hillsboro, grandmother Patricia Loskot, Aunt Doris Loskot and Uncle Larry Loskot.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Chris Loskot family.

Funeral services will be Tuesday August 8, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Randy Sands officiating, visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time at Hough & Sons Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro.
