Gary E. Bounds 63 of Auburn passed away Friday Jan 19, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.
He was born Jan 14, 1955 in Carlinville IL to Wayne and Dorothy (Gardner) Bounds.
He was married to Delores Derment and she preceded him in 2014.
He was a graduate of Virden High School; he was a carpenter and handyman and enjoyed gardening.
He is survived by 2 sons Robbie Bounds of Girard and Brian Bounds of Auburn and one step daughter Beth Morrison of Colorado, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and two brother Kenny Bounds of Virden and Kevin Bounds of Witt and one sister Vickie Jackson of Rochester.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
A private family burial will be held at a later date.
