James E. Piazza 86 of Schram City passed away Dec. 27, 2016 at Montgomery Nursing and Rehab.

He was born in Hillsboro on May 24, 1930 to Adolf and Minnie (Gilliland) Piazza.

He worked at CIPS for many years and was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro.

He was married to Norma Williamson and she preceded him on May 18, 2015.

He is survived by three brothers in law, Garry Williamson wife Pam of Hillsboro and Jim Williamson wife Karen of Hillsboro and Jim Wagner of Wilmington NC., and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Norma, two sons Robert and Michael Piazza, one brother chuck Piazza and one sister Mary Sakach.

Memorials can be directed to MCCA or American diabetes association.

A mass of Christian burial will be Saturday Dec. 31 2016 at 10:00 A.M at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro with the Very Rev. Jamel L. Neuman V.F. Pastor officiating.

There is no visitation.

Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Hillsboro.
