Michael   Braye age 65 of Raymond areas passed away on Sunday Dec. 31, 2017.  He was born on April 19, 1952 the son of the late Mervin Harold and Betty June Englehart.

 He worked as a Carpenter and owned Braye Carpentry.

He married Carol Keating on Aug. 14, 1971 and later divorced.  

 He is survived by 2 daughters; Jessica (Gary) Armentrout of Raymond, and Alicia  (Michael) Badman of Palmer and 8 Grand children. Also surviving are three sisters Connie (Larry) Mcward of Morrisonville, Brenda (Lynn) Walquist of  Karnak, IL, and Belinda (Dave) Ernst of Harvel, IL, and a brother Greg Braye of Assumption.  Many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins also survive him. Besides his parents a brother Doug preceded him in death in 2012

Visitation will be held from 4-6 at Hough Funeral Home in Raymond on Friday January 5, 2017 with burial in Morrisonville Cemetery at a later date.
