Rowena “Aunt Roe” Gibbs 69 of Hillsboro passed away Sept. 8, 2016 at Hillsboro Nursing and Rehab.

She was born in Mississippi on March 19, 1947.

A memorial service will be held Friday Sept. 16th 2016 at 1:45 P.M. in the dining area at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center at 1300 East Tremont St in Hillsboro. Rev. Glenn Greenwood pastor of Celtic Hospice will officiate.
