Warren Lewis Fogle 92 of Litchfield passed away Feb. 14, 2017 at Heritage Manor in Litchfield.

He was born July 1, 1924 in Morrisonville IL to Edwin and Margaret (Taylor) Fogle.

He Graduated from Litchfield High School, he was a member of the Mt. Olive 1st Baptist church and the Litchfield Moose club.

He worked at Brown Shoe factory, Elmer’s Concrete, for the city of Litchfield and he retired from International Paper all in Litchfield. 

He married Violet Adams on Oct. 3, 1942 and she preceded him in death in 2008.

He is survived by 2 sons Warren wife Elaine Fogle of Butler, Ed wife Donna Fogle of Litchfield and one daughter Victoria husband Greg Hern of Litchfield, 6 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wife Violet, 2 great grandchildren one brother Eugene K Fogle.

A Public Celebration of Life will be held Mar 4, from 11am to 1pm at the Litchfield Moose in Litchfield, Illinois.

Memorials may be directed to the donor’s choice.

Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
