Bernard “Pete” Beiermann, 81, of Raymond died Thursday, July 27, 2017, at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Hillsboro.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at Hough Funeral Home in Raymond with Fr. Jerry Bunse officiating. Burial will be in St. Raymond Cemetery in Raymond.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9 to 11 a.m. on the day of the service. Hough’s Funeral Home in Raymond is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Beiermann was born on July 22, 1936, in Girard, a son of the late Leonard and Hazel Brown Beiermann.

He worked as a farmer his whole life and was a member of the Raymond K of C. 

He is survived by two sisters; Ruth Gaither of Taylorville and Barb Tomek of Texas; three brothers, Raymond of Raymond and Jerry of New York and Howard of Harvel.

He was preceded in death by five siblings, Jim, Don, Richard, Lorraine and Marion.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Panhandle food pantry.
