Doris Pauline Schum age 88 of Liberty Hil, TX, but formerly of Raymond passed away on April 29, 2018 at Sundance Memory Care in Cedar Park, TX
She was born in Litchfield, the daughter of Howard and Mildred Stillahn Rehban.
Polly was employed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, Nursing Home Compliance.
She first married Olen Wernsing in Raymond he preceded her in 1988. On Dec. 30, 1992 She married Glenn L. Schum He preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 2014
Polly is survived by; a son, Larry (wife Kathy) Wernsing of Raymond; daughter, Pam (husband Brad) Denton of Liberty Hill, TX; grandchildren; Jessica (Joe) Chappelear, Erin (Mitch) Rosenthal, Kirby (Justin) Orr, Taylor Wernsing, Luke (Amy) Denton and Jake Denton; and eight great-grandchildren.
Besides her Parents and Husbands, a sister Jean Jaeger preceded her in death
In lieu of flowers; Memorials may be left to the Raymond-Harvel Ambulance or the Parkinson’s foundation.
Visitation will be held on Thursday May 3, 2018 from 5-7 at Hough Funeral Home in Raymond.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am at the Funeral home with Rev. John Jaffery officiating with burial in Asbury Cemetery.
Hough Funeral Home in Raymond is assisting the family.
