JOEL THOMAS MONKE

Joel Thomas Monke, age 55 of Springfield, passed away on June 24, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

He is of the Lutheran Faith and a member of the Individual Advocacy Group Community in Springfield, IL. He was well loved by his family and friends

He was born the son of Charles “Ray” and Hallie Mast Monke in Elgin, IL on January 22, 1962.

He is survived by his mother Hallie Monke of Springfield, a sister, Lori Franklin of Springfield and a brother Richard (Betsy) Monke of Springfield and several Nieces and Nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 5:00pm on July 9th in Harvel Cemetery.

Memorials may be left to the Individual Advocacy Group of Springfield.
