Judy Owen 66 of Hillsboro passed away Sept. 6, 2019 at her residence.
She was born July 2, 1953 in Romulus Michigan to Charles and Florence Scribner.
She was an LPN in Michigan and homemaker and enjoyed making jewelry.
She was married to James Owen and he survives.
She is survived by one sister Jeanie Markham of Mulberry Grove.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Marie.
Funeral service will be held Monday Sept 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro, visitation will be Monday from12:00 PM until service time.
Burial will be in Cress Hill Cemetery in Hillsboro.
