Nicholas J Bosen

Nicholas J. Bosen, age 77, of San Diego, CA, passed away on May 14, 2018 at Scripps-Mercy Hospital in San Diego.

He was born on February 26, 1941 in Litchfield, the son of the late George Charles and Irma Elizabeth Roberts Bosen.

Mr. Bosen   graduated from the University of Illinois in 1963, and University of Chicago Law School in 1966. After graduation he clerked for Justice James R Bryant of the Illinois appellate Court. He was associated with a Chicago law firm for some timeBefore retiring he served on numerous committees and Board of Directors for the Chicago Housing Authority in 1971 and the Regional Transportation Authority in 1975. He served as the Assistant States Attorney and the FTC in Washington, DC. He was the Dean of Students and Director of Placement at The Law School in Chicago.  

He is survived by a sister, Ann (Jerry) Mack of Springfield and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in the St. Raymond, Cemetery in Raymond at a later date.
