Susan J. (Moody) Bost

Susan J. Bost of  Springfield, formerly of Farmersville, passed away on the 10thof October 2019 in Springfield, Illinois. She was 73 years old. 

Sue was born on June 15, 1946 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Charles and Mildred Chitty Moody. She married John Wayne Bost Sr. in Belleville in 1974. She had worked as a waitress and hairdresser.

She is survived by her children; Tim McClanahan of OH, John Bost of Springfield and Melinda (Jim) Macmillan of Springfield, also surviving are her grandchildren Samantha, Rebecca, Kayla, Keyawna and Noah and 5 Great Grand Children. Two sisters; Shirley Daily and Judy Smith also survive her. Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded by a daughter, Kimberly Ann Rovey and a sister, Marian McGehee.

Visitation will be held on Friday Oct. 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Hough Memorial Home in Farmersville 

A Memorial service will take place at 6 p.m. at with Fr. Allen officiating.

Burial will be in St. Martins Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the Farmersville-Waggoner Ambulance.
