Tammy Lou Edmonds, 57 of Divernon, passed away at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield on Monday June 12, 2017.

She was born in Litchfield, Il on Dec. 25, 1959,  the daughter of James R. and Mary Lou Hantla Jones.

She was a graduate of Gillespie High School.

She was employed by the State of Illinois as a Administrative Assistant for the Illinois State Police in Springfield for 30yrs.

She married Andy Edmonds on June 26, 1982 in Wilsonville, and he survives. 

Her parents of Wilsonville, and husband Andy survive Tammy; she is also survived by a daughter Larissa (Adam) Neighbors of Auburn and son, Andy Edmonds, Jr. of Divernon and three grandchildren. A sister Tena (Rick) Cerentano of Wilsonville survive her along with an Aunt, Kathy Walden of Litchfield and a Niece and many cousins.

A celebration of her life will be held on June 25 from 2-6pm at the KC Council 4179 Lake Club at 141 N Lakewood Dr, Chatham, IL 62629,
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made the Master Sergeant Bob Price Memorial Scholarship or the Trooper Kyle Deatherage Memorial.
