Amos “Moose’ Adams 44 of Butler passed away Sept 19, 2022 at St. Louis University Hospital.
He was born on June 18, 1978 in Gibson City IL to Curtis Elkins and Alice Adams Elkins.
He worked in Paxton IL at a grain elevator and at scrap yards. He was a Christian and loved to go fishing, camping, hiking and demo derbies.
He married Penney Haskins on Feb. 19, 1997 and she survives.
He is also survived by his mother Alice of Butler, three children Tina Haskins Howard of Danville, Amos Haskins of Butler and Dustin Adams of Butler and two sisters Hope (Jake) Wasson of Nebo and Christina (Mac) Cooley of Ark.
He was preceded in death by his father, and his favorite pets Blackie and Rex
Memorial services will be Sept. 23, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
