Betty (Durbin) Hefley

Betty L. Hefley 86 of Schram City, she passed away Tuesday March 23 2021 at Hillsboro Area Hospital.

She was born in Hillsboro IL on Aug. 12, 1934 to Clarence and Ethel (Sammon) Durbin.

She was a homemaker, cook and hostess at Hardees in Hillsboro.

She was married to Homer L. Hefley in Nov. 1950 and he preceded her in death on Jan. 19, 2007.

She is survived by three sons Bill (Kay) Hefley of Hillsboro, Larry (Janice) Hefley of Hillsboro and Steve (Lisa) Hefley of Hillsboro and one daughter Sherry (Gary) Loskot of Irving five grandchildren Chris Dobson, Nick Hefley, Tyler, Kaitlyn and Ella Loskot and four greatgrandchildren Hannah and Kenley Hefley and Paige Mullen and Jacob Dobson and one great-great grandchild Rylinn Mullen and one sister Edna Wilhelm.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Homer, one son Robert Hefley, one great grandson Christopher Dobson and two sisters Hazel Traylor and Effie Payne.

Grave side services will be Sunday March 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM at St Johns cemetery in rural Irving with Rev. Ron Butler officiating.

Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery in rural Irving.
