David “Beans” Vance Vincent, 67, passed away Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, at his home in Irving. He was born April 27, 1958, to Virgil & Oramay (Snider) Vincent. Dave attended Hillsboro High School. He married Cathy (Caulk) Vincent on June 10, 1978; she survives. In his career, he was employed as a smelter at Eagle Zink.
In addition to his wife Cathy, he is survived by
2 sons, Rick Vincent of Collinsville, & Wade Vincent of Irving
1 daughter, Danielle Keith of Hillsboro
2 brothers, Richard (Diane) Vincent of Litchfield & Dennis Vincent of Hillsboro,
1 sister-in-law, Carol (Jim) Hempen of Hillsboro.
Dave was proud to be called Papa, Grandpa Dave, or Pop by his 6 grandchildren: Dylan Keith, Rece Vincent, Joplin Hartman, Marcus Vincent, Bryce Hubbard & Zain Vincent.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law Rodney Keith, & his sister-in-law, Becky Vincent
“Beans” loved The Rolling Stones and Cardinals baseball. He cherished spending Sunday afternoons with his brother Denny and his friends in Schram City, and looking for his grandchildren’s pictures in the local paper.
A visitation will be held on November 7, 2025, at Toberman-Dean Funeral Home in Coffeen, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
