Dawn Michelle Durbin

Dawn Michelle Durbin 49, of Nokomis passed away Dec. 22, 2023 at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Nursing in Hillsboro.

She was born in Riverside California on Dec. 13, 1974 to Melvin and Diana (Eggihman) Durbin.

She worked at FAYCO in Hillsboro and collected lots of frogs.

She married Robbie Mays of Irving; also surviving is her father Melvin Durbin of Nokomis, Brothers Randy Durbin of Nokomis and Christopher Durbin of Shelbyville.

She was preceded in death by her mother Diana, Grandparents Floyd Durbin and Bill and Birtie Eggihman, adopted grandmother Carolyn Bandy, niece Darlene Robinson and Uncle Don Durbin and Aunt Ella Durbin

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
