Obituary
Gregory “Greg” L. Westbrook 63 of Hillsboro passed away July 12, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on Nov. 1, 1959 in Hillsboro IL to James and Dorothy (Luck) Westbrook.
He was a graduate of Hillsboro High School; He worked at Worksaver in Litchfield. He loved playing with his grandchildren and all sports including football and golf and the St. Louis Cardinals, his passion was playing softball on the Coffeen Roadrunners team.
He married Juanita Marie Hamby on March 21, 1981 and she survives along with his mother Dorothy of Chatham and two children Cha Hamby of Hillsboro and Scott (Melissa) Westbrook of Chatham, four grandchildren Brooke M. Davidson, Kennedy L. Scroggins, Lexie Westbrook and Jacob Westbrook and one brother Ritchie Westbrook of Chatham.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be Monday July 17, 2023 at 12:00 PM; a visitation will be Monday from 11:00 AM until service time, all at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Burial will be in Elm Lawn Cemetery in Litchfield.
Memorials can be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
