Jean Marie Huber, 60, of Vandalia, passed away at 5:48 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital. She was born April 13, 1965, in Independence, MO, a daughter of James White and Katherine Matthews. She married David Huber who preceded her in death. Jean was a homemaker who made her own rules, was considered rebellious and wild, loving to joke with and prank her family. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, aunt, daughter and granddaughter. She enjoyed collecting decorative eggs and dolls.

Her daughters, Kimberly (Scott) Davis of Kapolei, Hawaii, and Rebecca Huber-Mathews of Cottonwood, Arizona
Three brothers, Mark, Louis and James White
Garndson, Owen Davis
Several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandparents Al & Mary Shimshea, her sisters, Katie Angle & Sherry Lotion, nephew Johnathan Lotion, niece Amanda Schmollinger and great-niece, Kailyn Treece.
A graveside service will be held on October 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at St. John’s Cemetery, north of Irving.
