Obituary

Judith D. (Chumley) Snider Frerk, 80, of Coffeen passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022.

She was born in Hillsboro, IL on October 24, 1942 to Newell and Melbourene “Jackie” Spears Chumley.

She was an in home care giver and was a hotel manager. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in both Arizona and Litchfield.

She volunteered at the Senior Center in Taylor Springs and loved to do crafts and loved to go junking.

She married Claude “Frog” Snider and then Kenneth Frerk. She is survived by her children Terri Theresa Romero of Coffeen, Scott Snider of Arizona, Tina Snider of Coffeen and Wade Dean Snider of Coffeen, 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, one brother Joe Chumley of Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Kenneth Frerk, two children Stacey Snider and infant William Claude Snider, one granddaughter Breezy Romero and two great grandsons Angelo Romero and infant Dominic VanHuss.

A visitation and time of gathering will be Monday, January 2, 2023 from 5-7 PM at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
