Leta Lavon Logsdon 89 of Hillsboro passed away on Oct. 26, 2019 at her residence.

She was born in McClure IL on July 28, 1930 to Doss and Lela (Taylor) Johnson.

She Married Charles Logsdon Jr on Sept 6, 1947.

She and Charles owned and operated the family farm.

She is survived by her children LaVonda Sue Beams of Rochester, Ann (Ralph) Garner of Girard, Charles David “Butch” Logsdon of Sikeston Mo, Loretta Lynn (Tim) Wilson of Auburn, Lisa Kaye Gripp of Girard and Cathy Diane Kaliyan of Irving, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one brother Dorville (Zelda) Johnson of Wood river, one sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles, Parents, three brothers DJ, Dalton and Don Johnson and two Sisters LaVerne Lipe and LaVada Porter and two sons in law Steve Gripp and Van Kaliyan.
