Melinda “Mindy” Mathenia, 66, of Taylor Springs, passed away in her home Saturday morning, November 15, 2025. She was born in Hillsboro on November 29, 1958, a daughter to Harry and Lavina Loskot, Jr. She graduated from Hillsboro High School with the Class of 1976. Mindy was the proud owner/operator of the Hillsboro staple Park-N-Eat for 35 years. She dearly loved her family, friends, co-workers, customers and animals.

2 sons, Bryan Mathenia of Hillsboro and Kyle (Cathy) Mathenia of Butler
3 brothers, Jerry Loskot, Harry J. (Rose) Loskot, and Gary (Sherry) Loskot, all of Irving
2 sisters, Mary Sowarsh of Waggoner and Susan (Scott) Sloan of Three Forks, MT
Grandchildren, Marcus (Selena Summers) Mathenia, Tori Shepherd, Charles (Ashley Oiler) Shepherd & Landon Painter
Several nieces and nephews
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her partner of 20 years, Rodney Graham.
