Michael K. Chumley

Michael K. Chumley, age 70, of Hillsboro, passed away at his residence on November 15, 2024.

He was born on November 22, 1953 in Hillsboro, IL to Jack and Margaret (Goodwin) Chumley.

He was a graduate of Hillsboro High School. Michael loved his show chickens, bass fishing as well as auto and motorcycle racing.

He was a retired union laborer and a member of Local 1084.

Michael leaves behind two granddaughters Kianna Eaton and Rae-Anna Eaton, great-granddaughters Jaqueline Eaton, Melania Eaton, Rhiannon Eaton, Aubree Thomas and Alaina Thomas, one sister Lora Neisler and one brother Marty Chumley as well as three nephews Chase Wilhelm, Chad Neisler and Dakota Chumley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Theresa Chumley.

A Celebration of live will be held at a later date.
