Muryl Eugene Haines Jr.

Muryl E. Haines Jr. 54 of Irving formerly of Pana passed away June 3, 2021 at 1:18 pm at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.

He was born May 21, 1967 in Chicago IL to Muryl E. Haines Sr. and Charlotte (Allen) Haines.

He was a self-employed contractor.

He married Shirley Stinson on July 2, 1996 and she survives.

He was a member of the Open Arms Fellowship Church in Irving.

He is survived by his father Muryle and step mother Juanita Haines both of Canton IL, two grandchildren Matthew and Garrette Haines of Taylor Springs and 24 nieces and nephews, siblings Cathy (Stanley) Bilyeu, Herb (companion Gail) Haines, Mark Haines all of Pana, Kevin Haines of Irving, Tim Haines of Pana, Susan Haines of TN, Donny (Sheila) of TN, brother in law David (Tonya) Stinson of Batchtown IL.

He was preceded in death by his sons Cody Haines in 2019 and Muryle E. Haines III in infancy, mother Charlotte, mother in law Beverly Stinson Klunk and Brother Todd Haines.

A memorial service will be June 26 at 5:00 PM at Open Arms Fellowship Church in Irving with Pastor Randy White officiating.
