Robert Wayne Bergman

Robert "Bob" Wayne Bergman of Harvel passed away January 10, 2021 at Hillsboro nursing and rehab in Hillsboro Illinois. He was born in Raymond on February 28 1942, the son of William Fred and Helen Louise Swires Bergmann.

Bob retired from Caterpillar and was an active of UAW member. He was a member of the Shoal Creek A.B.A.T.E., Montgomery Co DU, Pheasants Forever, Knights of Columbus, the former Raymond gun club, and enjoy camping, hunting and especially fishing.

He is survived by a daughter Tempa husband Bryan Gatermann of Waggoner, Tina husband Chris Blankenship of Virden, Ty wife Meaghan Bergman of Roscoe, IL, 10 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Siblings, Dorothy husband Frank Carroll of Litchfield, Margaret husband Bernard Jenkins of Raymond and Melvin Bergman of Litchfield also survive.

Memorials in Bob's honor maybe given to the Raymond/Harvel Ambulance Squad, Raymond/Harvel Volunteer Fire Department or St. Raymond Catholic Cemetery in Raymond.

Visitation will be held Saturday January 16 from 10 until 11 AM at Saint Agnes Catholic Church in Hillsboro, a private Family funeral mass Will follow with burial in St. Raymond's Catholic cemetery in Raymond.
