Robert Hefley

Robert L. Hefley 68 of Hillsboro passed away Nov 19, 2020 at Hillsboro Area Hospital.

He was born March 31, 1952 in Hillsboro to Homer L. and Betty (Durbin) Hefley.

He was a graduate of Hillsboro High School. He loved riding horses and his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He worked for over 37 years for the Village of Schram City.

He is survived by his mother Betty, three brothers Bill (Kay) Hefley of Hillsboro, Larry (Janice) Hefley of Hillsboro and Steve (Lisa) Hefley of Hillsboro and one sister Sherry (Gary) Loskot of Irving, also surviving are nieces and nephews Chris Dobson, Nick Hefley, Tyler, Kaitlynn and Ella Loskot.

He was preceded in death by his Father.

Memorials can be directed to MCCA

 A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday Nov 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Johns Cemetery in rural Irving with Rev. James Hayes officiating.

Everyone is encouraged to follow CDC guidelines of wearing mask and social distancing.
