Ruth L. (Perkins) Webb

Ruth “Lou” L. (Perkins) Webb, 56, of Litchfield, passed away January 16, 2024, in Litchfield, Illinois.

Ruth was born October 7, 1967, in Litchfield, Illinois, to her parents Lloyd and Ruth Nellie (Hamilton) Perkins.

She graduated from Litchfield High School and had perfect attendance throughout all 12 years. She went on to become a pharmacy technician, as well as worked at local restaurants and gas stations.

Ruth married Robert Webb and they later divorced.

She was a happy,  go-lucky person who was full of life and all it had to offer. She loved her grandkids so much and adored her son Ryan.

Surviving is her fiancé James Shaw of Litchfield, her son Ryan (Britney Jo) Webb of Litchfield, and her grandchildren Lilly and Natleh Webb, or more affectionately known by Ruth as Lilly-Bugg and Nattie-Bugg. She is also survived by her siblings Lloyd, Roger, and Andy Perkins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Gary “Hickey” Hicks.

A celebration of life for Ruth will be held at a later date.
