Sharon L. (Kiefer) Caulk

Sharon L. (Kiefer) Caulk 77 of Irving passed away Dec. 16, 2022 at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield.

She was born in Butte Montana on April 10, 1945 to Gregory and Betty (Teddy) Kiefer.

She was a 1963 graduate of Ramsey High School.

She was a homemaker and had worked at the Illinois Secretary of State. She attended Fillmore United Methodist Church. She was an excellent cook and pie baker. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan and most of all loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She married Lynn caulk on April 24, 1965 and he survives along with one son Lane (Laura) Caulk of Irving and grandchildren Colton Caulk, Dalaney (Jake) Smith, Cody Caulk (companion Arianna Clark) and Dane (Kayleigh) Bondurant and great grandchild Mabry Bondurant.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one son Lance Caulk in 2017 and one brother Gregory Kiefer and one half-brother Bruce Cole.

Visitation will be Tuesday Dec. 20 from 4-7 PM at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

Funeral services will be Wednesday Dec. 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with Mark Noyes officiating.

Burial will follow in Irving Cemetery.

Memorials can be directed to the Fillmore United Methodist Church or Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
