So sorry to hear of Brent's passing. He was a great friend and colleague. He also had some good stories. I think his retirement party was the most entertaining one I've attended. Unfortunately, I am out of state and can not attend the services but will be thinking of and praying for the family.

I am saddened greatly by his passing. Brent was a great competitor on the golf course and equally so a genuine person off. He will be greatly missed.

Words cannot express our sympathy for all of Brent's family. We have been friends for many years. Brent and I worked many vehicle crashes together over my years with the Macoupin County Sheriffs Office, and Tonya worked with him almost every day there at District 18. He was the life of many a Christmas Party, and his many stories will be missed. God speed, Brent. We will meet again.

I send my deepest condolences to Brent's family, and also to my dear friend, Tina. Brent was a great guy, and a great friend. He was a great golfer, but he tolerated those of us who didn't play as well with a smile and a word of kindness. I will miss our birthday dinners and occasional golf events! I give thanks to God for the life of Brent Pinkston, and praise God that He is now in eternal rest, and we will see him again someday!

I was heartbroken to hear of the family loss. So many Christmas Eves spent together watching him grow up.

Brent was a dear old friend that will be sorely missed. Even though I had moved from the Raymond area in 1990,I had the good fortune to play some golf with him after his retirement. Most recently was last summer with my brother Larry and his brother Scotty......... I think Brent shot 3 under. I'll never forget that after I expressed my amazement at his low score, he simply said "I don't normally play this good". It was only later in the clubhouse that I saw that he had recently taken first place in a tournament there. Hopefully there are many fine golf courses in Heaven.
