Dear Family of Mr. Walter Courtright, Jr.,
You have our deepest sympathy on the passing of your loved one. I did not learn of his passing until recently as I travel for work a lot outside IL. Mr. Courtright touched my children and I deeply. He always brought a smile to our faces and hope to our hearts every time we saw him and Jake in front of the courthouse in Hillsboro. We would always stop and visit with him and pet Jake. We still have his cards, although we would not take one every time since we wanted him to have plenty for others. God Bless and Keep you all! It was an honor and a privilege to know this man.

I have just learned of Mr. Courtright's passing. I am so saddened that we'll no longer see his pleasant face in Hillsboro. He was such a good man. Until I learned his name, I always referred to him as the "God Loves You" man. He will be missed greatly. I hope Jake has found a home with one of the family members.
